We hope you love your Sacred Strands Organics products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned product.

Non-Refundable Items:
